Florida Construction Connection, Inc. (FLCC) is not your traditional staffing firm – they are the "Construction Industry Matchmakers." Based in Deerfield Beach, Florida, FLCC is an employment consulting firm specializing in helping construction managers and real estate development professionals achieve their career goals. Founded in 2004 by Suzanne Breistol, FLCC also works with construction and real estate development companies to assist with hiring, employee retention, and professional development.
Unlike traditional staffing firms, FLCC takes a personal approach to the hiring process, recognizing the importance of long-term relationships between employees and employers. Their team of Construction Career Coaches and Career Matchmakers go above and beyond to understand both the company and the individuals advancing their careers, ensuring the right connections are made. FLCC specializes in fulfilling management positions across all sectors of construction, from Operations to Preconstruction, Estimating, Field Supervision, and more.
With over 25 years of experience, Suzanne and her team have developed a proven process called The Breistol Method® for facilitating mutually beneficial employment relationships. Similar to dating, the process focuses on timing, effective communication, and honesty about expectations and goals. FLCC acts as mediators for the career matchmaking process, providing verified information to help both sides make informed decisions.
