FloriDerm, formally the Florida Dermatologic Surgery & Aesthetics Institute, provides dermatology, skin surgery, and cosmetic services in The Villages, Clermont, and Wildwood, Florida. Its team includes dermatologists and physician assistants who help patients address concerns affecting the skin, hair, and nails, from acne, rashes, moles, and psoriasis to skin cancers. Services include medical dermatology, surgical care, skin care, and cosmetic solutions, with offerings and products intended to meet individual needs.

A specialty of the practice is Mohs micrographic surgery, an in-office, tissue-sparing procedure used to treat certain skin cancers. The technique removes cancerous cells layer by layer while preserving as much healthy skin as possible, and is especially suited to cancers in cosmetically sensitive areas. FloriDerm is led by Dr. Ashraf M. Hassanein, a fellowship-trained Mohs surgeon and board-certified dermatologist, alongside an experienced clinical team. The practice welcomes appointments at its three Florida locations and provides patient forms, a patient portal, and online payment options.
