About Flourish Mentors
Flourish Mentors is dedicated to ensuring that no young woman is invisible. Through workshops, well-being programs, and professional mentoring, we aim to support as many young women as possible. Our network of women with diverse life experiences is here to uplift and empower every young woman we encounter.
Research has shown that a significant percentage of young women seek support in finding ways to enjoy themselves and relax, especially during challenging times. With a focus on mental health and well-being, Flourish Mentors is committed to helping young women grow and thrive. Our team, led by experienced professionals Frederique Lambrakis-Haddad and Cathy Chesson, is equipped to provide guidance, mentorship, and creative support to every mentee.
