A socially responsible organisation working alongside people with special needs and those who are recovering from mental illness, to produce amazing bakes! Through on the job training using Universal Design for Learning, we train them so that they can have a chance at finding a sustainable employment. At Flour Power, we embrace differences. While our cookies and cakes may not look perfect, it is made wholeheartedly and taste just as good. We hope companies and employers will be receptive to hiring individuals with special needs and enable an opportunity for them, albeit their challenges. Flour Power is a socially responsible brand in Singapore dedicated to empowering individuals with special needs and marginalized communities. Their mission is to provide skills training and employment opportunities, fostering inclusivity and valuing everyone's talents. At Bake@FP, skilled bakers and pastry chefs mentor trainees, helping them develop skills and confidence through hands-on training and employment.
Learn@FP offers customized skills training and workshops for special needs individuals, including culinary and non-culinary subjects, using a curriculum based on Universal Design for Learning. Additionally, Flour Power conducts workshops for corporate social responsibility, promoting inclusive hiring and workplace practices.
