Delivery is available Monday through Saturday, generally from 09:00 to 21:00. Same-day service may be available for orders placed before 14:00 local time, depending on the delivery postcode and arrangement; smaller communities and winter events may require earlier booking. Customers can order from within the Czech Republic or abroad in 32 languages and several currencies. The website offers secure online ordering, accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and available local payment methods, and lets customers include a personal card message. The service covers major cities and many smaller Czech municipalities.
