Flow creates playful, educational tools designed to help people better understand their bodies and progress in sport. The brand specializes in learning decks for aerial disciplines and yoga, combining movement guidance with accessible anatomy and biomechanics. Its card games are made in France, from design through printing.
Flow’s signature decks focus on pole dance at different levels, including beginner and intermediate figures, as well as beginner transitions. Each deck includes 44 figures or postures, five cards covering anatomy and biomechanics, and video tutorials accessed through QR codes. The cards explain how to enter each posture, making them useful for individual practice and for structuring classes. Flow also offers related products such as posters.
The video tutorials were filmed at Studio La Milie, a Lyon-based studio established in 2020. Studio director Emilie contributed to the creation of the deck. Through clear illustrations, written explanations and video demonstrations, Flow aims to make essential movement knowledge approachable, practical and enjoyable for dancers, students and instructors.
