Flow Support Services

Flow Support Services provides independent NDIS support in Adelaide, led by support worker Tuan Thach, who goes by T. With more than five years of experience supporting Adelaide families, Tuan works directly with participants to understand their routines, listen to their priorities and shape support around their pace and goals. He speaks English and Khmer and holds a Certificate III in Disability Support, along with NDIS Worker Screening, a police check, public liability insurance and First Aid and CPR credentials.

Services include personal care and daily living assistance, community participation, supported transport, help with household tasks and practical life skills, and support coordination. Tuan supports people at home and to access activities, appointments and everyday errands, adapting plans when needs or circumstances change. Flow Support Services operates from Adelaide’s north and serves suburbs across the city by arrangement.

The service emphasizes continuity, clear communication and a comfortable working relationship. Getting started involves a conversation, a meeting to agree on support, timing and costs, and regular check-ins to adjust the plan.
