FLS Logistics Services Limited, also known as Fenix Logistics, is a third-party logistics provider established in 1994 to support the business development of the Three Yellow Hong Kong Group. The company introduced Japanese third-party logistics concepts and management practices, and offers flexible solutions for businesses with varied storage and supply-chain needs. Its services cover Hong Kong and Shenzhen, including document, general-goods and personal-item storage, as well as storage-cabinet rental.

FLS arranges international freight forwarding, cross-border Hong Kong–China transport, local deliveries, airport and terminal collection, container handling, customs declarations, re-export documentation and shipping support. Its value-added services include barcode label production, shrink-wrapping, repacking, order picking, cash collection, and handling tags and packaging materials. The company also provides inventory record management, online stock enquiries and retail point-of-sale system support. Customers can access an online cargo-tracking system, while tailored logistics arrangements are available for more complex requirements. FLS emphasizes customer-focused service, integrity and ongoing adoption of technology, and may coordinate with partner providers to deliver broader, integrated logistics solutions.
