Aviator Training Academy (FlyATA) is a Civil Aviation Authority-accredited flight school based at Springs Airfield near Johannesburg, South Africa. Founded in 2010, the academy trains local and international students, offering a pathway from initial flying qualifications through advanced pilot training. Its courses include the Private Pilot Licence, Night Rating, Instrument Rating, Commercial Pilot Licence, Multi-Engine Rating, Instructor Rating and Air Transport Pilot Licence. Further options include aircraft type ratings, turbine endorsements and tailwheel endorsements, supporting pilots as they build skills and progress their careers.

Training is delivered by experienced instructors, with safety and student support emphasized. The academy provides a flight simulator, ground school with online exams and accommodation. Its location offers access to favourable flying conditions, a relatively uncongested circuit and nearby training airspace. FlyATA reports that more than 600 pilots have graduated, with over 35,000 flight hours and a 98% pass rate. In 2020, the academy became a sister company to Mach 1 Aviation Academy, expanding the facilities available to aspiring pilots.
