FLYING WHALES INDUSTRY is dedicated to the design, production, and certification of LCA60T airships. As the manufacturer, Flying Whales is revolutionizing the aerospace industry with its innovative approach. The assembly of the largest aircraft in the world presents a unique challenge, requiring a reinvention of industrial processes.

The state-of-the-art facility is centered around human expertise and utilizes cutting-edge technologies, such as automated transport systems and a digitized workshop. The production sites are designed to accommodate the extraordinary dimensions of the LCA60T, with the Final Assembly Line (FAL) being the tallest active building in Europe. Additionally, the site doubles as a testing ground to fulfill the requirements of the EASA and obtain Type Certification.

The architectural design seamlessly integrates the buildings into the environment, minimizing their footprint and contributing to the local architectural heritage. Flying Whales Industry will create approximately 200 job opportunities at each production site, spanning a range of qualifications. The production will be localized in France, Canada, and Asia, with each site employing identical technologies and processes.

This international presence will cater to the needs of Europe, North Africa, the Americas, and Asia. The partnership with the Nouvelle-Aquitaine Region in France has led to the establishment of the production site in Laruscade, benefiting from the region's aerospace expertise, logistical infrastructure, and access to airspace.
