Flying Disc World organizes disc golf team-building events designed to bring colleagues together through accessible, active group experiences. Founded by Hartmut Wahrmann, a disc golf world champion and qualified sports teacher, the business helps companies build motivation, team spirit, and a stronger sense of connection. Disc golf is presented as a sport people can enjoy regardless of age, gender, or athletic ability.

Events take place at more than 100 disc golf courses in Germany, at clients’ chosen venues, or on temporary courses set up at locations such as company premises. For a more exclusive setting, Flying Disc World can arrange events in private castle parks. Teams can add activities including a speed-throwing station with action photos, putting competitions, and target-throwing challenges. Catering is also available, arranged with local professional caterers to suit individual preferences and budgets.
