The Flying Doctors' Society of Africa (FDSA) is a leading fundraising organization in East Africa, established in 1971 to facilitate Medical Outreach across the continent. Through the sale of membership, donations, and fundraising activities, we raise funds to support our cause. Our membership covers East Africa and entitles members to free evacuation services during medical emergencies.

We offer both annual and short-term memberships. FDSA funds the spread of Medical Outreach in Africa through our Outreach Programme, which aims to provide medical care to patients who lack access to it and train local health teams in rural areas. We currently serve over 150 rural hospitals in the eastern Africa region.

Additionally, we fully fund the Muhimbili Specialist Outreach in Tanzania and partially support the VVF/Safe Motherhood Outreach program.
