Flying Goat Cellars, established in 2000 by winemaker Norm Yost, is a family-owned winery dedicated to crafting exceptional Pinot Noir and sparkling wines in California's picturesque wine country. The flagship Flying Goat label showcases vineyard-designated Pinot Noirs and Pinot Gris sourced from the renowned Sta. Rita Hills and Santa Maria Valley AVAs. Goat Bubbles, the winery's sparkling wine line, is crafted using the traditional méthode champenoise and includes five exquisite expressions.
