Pig Works is a Cincinnati-based event and community organization that creates running experiences for people of different ages, abilities, interests, and experience levels. Its best-known event is the Flying Pig Marathon Weekend, which offers a broad range of ways to participate, including marathon, half marathon, 10K, 5K, relay, youth, adaptive, and walking options. The organization also produces the Queen Bee Half Marathon Weekend, featuring a half marathon and a 4-mile event, and the TQL Beer Series, which connects races with Cincinnati’s brewing heritage through the Bockfest 5K, Fifty West Mile, and Oktoberfest brewery runs.

Other offerings include BLINK: Run the Night, an immersive downtown event combining running with art, light, music, and creativity, as well as community events such as a run and FC Cincinnati watch party. Beyond races, Pig Works provides training plans, travel information, volunteer opportunities, charity partnerships, youth programs, scholarships, and internships.
