FlyManager

FlyManager is a cloud-based aviation management platform and a product of LoyaltX. It serves aviation brokers, fuel providers, FBO networks and trip support companies, bringing fuel, ground handling, trip coordination and financial workflows together in one system. The platform manages the fuel lifecycle from lead and quote through request, release, ticket and invoice, with supplier rates, customer-specific prices and quantities in litres or US gallons.

An operations board tracks trips, legs, routing, service status and UTC timings, while teams can coordinate handling requests and supplier quotations across airports. Customer records bring together financial, operational and fuel history, alongside shared information on aircraft, operators, airports and suppliers. FlyManager also offers invoicing, bills, expenses, payments, receivables, payables and double-entry, multi-currency accounting.

Security features include two-factor authentication, trusted devices, sign-in monitoring and audit logs. Developer tools and API access are available for integrations. Subscription plans range from Starter to Enterprise, with features and support varying by tier
