Skyline Aviation Inc.

Skyline Aviation Training Academy is a flight training provider serving pilots and aspiring aviators in San Angelo and Abilene, Texas. As Angelo State University’s exclusive flight training partner, the academy supports university students, military personnel, recreational flyers, and people pursuing professional aviation careers. Its programs cover both fixed-wing airplanes and helicopters, with FAA Part 141 and Part 61 training options.

Students can progress from a Discovery Flight through certificates and ratings, including private pilot, instrument, commercial, flight instructor, and multi-engine qualifications. Helicopter training is offered exclusively under Part 61. Part 61 provides a flexible, instructor-guided pace, while Part 141 follows an FAA-approved structured syllabus.

Skyline also offers aircraft rentals and simulator training. Training takes place at a stated $6 million facility and uses a fleet of airplanes, helicopters, and simulators. The academy emphasizes safety, professional standards, and instructor support, helping students build skills and pursue their individual goals.
