FMA Student Programs

Financial Management Association International (FMA) is a global professional association established in 1970 to advance knowledge and understanding of financial decision-making. It connects more than 4,000 finance students, doctoral students, academics, and practitioners, fostering collaboration across research, education, and professional practice. FMA supports the development and dissemination of high-quality research and promotes sound financial practices and stronger finance education.

The association offers conferences, research seminars, and virtual seminar series where members and other participants can engage with current ideas and developments. Its publications include Financial Management, with journal subscriptions and archive access available to members, as well as the Survey and Synthesis Series, which addresses timely topics from academic and practitioner perspectives. FMA also provides an online library and video resources, career services such as job boards and a professional resume bank, and programs for professionals, educators, and students.
