FNOPI.IT

FNOPI, the National Federation of Orders of Nursing Professions, is the institutional body representing Italy’s provincial nursing orders (OPI). Its website serves nurses, local professional orders, students and the public with news, professional information and access to national and regional resources. Visitors can find details about the federation’s governing bodies, provincial orders, registration and professional register searches, nursing education pathways, and guidance on becoming a nurse. FNOPI also provides information on professional ethics, legislation, healthcare responsibilities and independent practice, alongside publications and the professional journal L’Infermiere.

The federation supports continuing education and professional development through training resources, seminars, events and congresses. Its CERSI centre focuses on nursing research and development, while specialist sections cover administrative support, digital systems, human resources, finance and legal matters for OPI offices. The portal features press releases, media and data resources, newsletters, campaigns and updates from local orders. It also provides practical services such as online pre-registration, event and sponsorship requests, and public information on FNOPI’s organization, performance, budgets, procurement and transparency.
