About Fundația Națională a Tinerilor Manageri
Fundația Națională a Tinerilor Manageri (FNTM) is a non-profit and non-governmental organization established in 1997 by a group of management graduates. FNTM has received support from the National School of Political and Administrative Studies (SNSPA) and the Center for Management and Technology Transfer (CEMATT). Their mission is to promote and develop modern managerial culture in Romanian society, in line with the principles of a market economy.
FNTM believes that the creative force of a free, honest, and competitive market economy is rooted in the fundamental values of civilization, which have been known for 2000 years. By fostering innovation, intelligence, knowledge, technology, and management, they aim to contribute to a stronger Romania based on Western civilization values. FNTM has organized over 800 training sessions and events, with the participation of more than 15,000 managers, entrepreneurs, public servants, and officials.
