FODA Guinée, or the Agricultural Development Fund, is a financial solution that adapts to the needs of Guinea's agricultural sector. Established by the decree N° D/2020/114/PRG/SGG on June 18, 2020, and regulated by the law L/2017/0056/AN, FODA provides financial and non-financial services to support agricultural entrepreneurs and promote the growth of the agricultural industry in the country. FODA offers a range of services, including financial services, non-financial services, and investment services.

The financial services include access to credit for agricultural projects through two different branches. The non-financial services provide support and guidance to agricultural entrepreneurs at every stage of their projects. The investment services facilitate the acquisition of agricultural equipment based on the financial capacity of the entrepreneurs.

FODA covers various sectors within the agricultural industry, such as the animal sector, the fishing sector, and the plant sector. It aims to increase production, improve access to fisheries products in rural areas, and support the cultivation of staple crops like rice, maize, cassava, and vegetables.
