Fodbods

Fodbods is an Australian snack brand created to make delicious, nutritious options for people who want to eat well without upsetting sensitive stomachs. The company was founded by Vanessa after her search for healthy snacks that would not cause tummy aches or bloating. Its dietitian-endorsed products are made with natural ingredients and are plant-based, gluten-free and independently tested and certified low FODMAP. Fodbods also avoids sugar alcohols, artificial sweeteners and fillers.

The range includes original and Elevate protein bars, mini bars, protein powder, sunflower seed snacks, nibbles and mixed packs. Elevate products are designed to offer more protein and gut-friendly fibre while keeping sugar low. Fodbods sells individual products, sample packs, bundles, subscriptions, merchandise and gift cards through its online store, and customers can use its store locator to find products in Australia and New Zealand. The brand also shares easy recipes developed by its dietitians. Fodbods describes its snacks as balanced, convenient choices for work, exercise and everyday on-the-go eating, made to satisfy without leaving customers feeling bloated.
