Foggia Running is a nonprofit amateur sports association founded in December 2012 by five friends with a shared passion for running. Based in Foggia, Italy, it promotes running and athletics as accessible ways to support physical and mental well-being, encourage an active lifestyle, and bring people together. The association aims to grow participation in sport and contribute to the local community, becoming a reference point in Capitanata for amateur athletics.
It welcomes both beginners and experienced runners to join its group and take part in its activities. Foggia Running organizes and promotes sporting initiatives and events, including Run For, a national race held in 2025; the association also staged the 2024 edition. Its community makes space for cultural activities and volunteering, with some members involved in charitable projects locally and internationally.
The association is registered with the Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI) and affiliated with the Italian Athletics Federation (FIDAL) and the AICS sports promotion organization
