Brauerei Fohrenburg, founded by Ferdinand Gassner in 1881, has been brewing Vorarlberg's finest beers in Bludenz for over a century. The brewery takes pride in its legendary offerings, including the popular Jubiläum and Stiftle beers. Fohrenburg's commitment to quality is evident in its use of the best ingredients, such as pristine spring water from the Silvretta-Arlberg Massif, natural house yeast, premium wheat and barley malt, and noble hops from the region.
