Foie Gras Thierry Paris

Les Délices de Charroux is the artisanal food brand of Thierry Paris, a chef and Maître Artisan based in Charroux, in France’s Allier region. The Maison Thierry Paris boutique brings together homemade regional specialities and carefully selected French terroir products, with a focus on quality ingredients and traditional craftsmanship. Its signature product is whole duck foie gras, prepared by Thierry using ducks raised in Auvergne and made without preservatives or artificial colouring.

Customers can choose long-life or mi-cuit foie gras, including mi-cuit sold by the slice and vacuum-packed for delivery. The range also includes other prepared foods, gourmet gift boxes, and products from regional producers; customers can select a ready-made box or create their own. Products are available through the online shop and at the boutique at 18 rue de l’Horloge in Charroux.

Thierry Paris received the National Foie Gras Prize in 1992 and the Collège Culinaire de France’s “Producteur Artisan de Qualité” label in 2019. The brand also shares recipes and information about its products and history
