Fokion Xenos is a talented Director and Designer based in Athens, Greece, specializing in animation, film design, and illustration. With a passion for crafting playful yet impactful narratives, Fokion emphasizes visual wit and emotional honesty in his work. Highly skilled in blending practical and digital techniques, he creates captivating visuals that resonate with audiences.
After graduating from the Graphic Design department of TEI of Athens in 2014, Fokion gained valuable experience collaborating with DeepGreenSea.net on various film and commercial projects. He further enhanced his expertise by completing an MA in Directing Animation at the National Film & Television School in 2019.
Fokion's award-winning MA graduation film, "Heatwave," has been recognized at numerous prestigious film festivals, including the Edinburgh International Film Festival and has been officially selected for over 70 global festivals. With a diverse skill set, including roles as a 2D animator, VFX artist, and storyboard artist, Fokion Xenos is a dynamic force in the animation industry.
