Alexandra Folda is a personal and energetic coach, psychological consultant, horsemanship trainer and animal communicator who supports people and their horses in working toward individual goals. Her approach places the needs of both horse and owner at the centre, recognising that each has a unique history, experience and set of circumstances. Rather than applying a one-size-fits-all method, Folda offers tailored guidance and respects each client’s pace and choices; she considers force incompatible with her work.

Her support combines horsemanship training, coaching and energetic work, with practical training options, suggestions and encouragement intended to help clients find their own way forward. Services include online offerings, in-person coaching and animal communication, as well as resources through the Drachenreiter Club and Academy. Folda also offers a free, non-binding introductory Zoom conversation of approximately 60 minutes, giving prospective clients an opportunity to discuss their concerns and explore suitable forms of support. Her work aims to help people and horses feel heard, understood and supported as they strengthen their relationship and make changes together.
