Fountain of Life House of Worship is a revered House of Prayer located in Phoenix, AZ, known for its incredible hospitality and abundant love that extends from the parking lot to the pew. As one body of Christ, we are divinely connected, building upon the already established Foundation (1 Corinthians 3:10-11). At FOLHOW, we believe in creating an environment where everyone is loved and accepted.

Joining our church is made easy with our 1st Time Visitor/New Comer's Survey.
