Follow Through Fundamentals Basketball is a basketball training company established in 2021 by Paul “Coach Cap” Capodanno. Based in Wilmington, North Carolina, the organization offers year-round clinics and summer camps for boys and girls, with instruction focused on the fundamentals of the game. Participants practice skills, drills, and basketball concepts intended to support their development and help them pursue their goals on the court.
Coach Cap brings 30 years of experience as a player, coach, and camp and clinic director, including a 13-year coaching career. The program presents “Coach Cap” as a family basketball legacy, reflecting a wider tradition of Hall of Fame basketball coaches. Alongside athletic instruction, Follow Through Fundamentals emphasizes community and sportsmanship. Its players are described as members of a community, and the organization works with local charities during the off-season to bring sports opportunities and support to underserved children.
The company also offers weekly and fall clinics, with sign-up information available through its website.
