La Fondation Ababou est une association caritative dont la mission est d’accueillir, d’orienter et de former, chaque année 200 jeunes filles et garçons en situation précaire pour leur donner les moyens de s’insérer dans la société en adultes responsables. Ces jeunes sont identifiés sur le terrain par nos animateurs sociaux à Rabat et Fès. Ils bénéficient d’un accompagnement personnalisé afin de leur faire prendre conscience de les amener à adhérer pleinement aux ambitions que nous leur réservons; le but étant de les amener au choix définitif de se réaliser dans le parcours professionnel de leur choix, sous notre tutelle.

About Fondation Ababou
The Fondation Ababou is a non-governmental organization founded in 2011 in Morocco, with a mission to empower youth and women economically. They focus on two main areas: the reintegration of underprivileged Moroccan youth through employability, and the financial empowerment of women. The Inclusion Jeunes program has successfully trained and reintegrated over 1000 young girls and boys through vocational training.
In addition, the Performer avec Elles program has initiated the first equality trophy for professional equality in Morocco, in partnership with the Ministry of Employment and Social Affairs. The foundation also actively supports Rabat Ville sûre, a project against street harassment, and operates a social incubator to provide resources and opportunities for young women's entry into the workforce or the creation of income-generating activities. By supporting the foundation, you contribute to measurable and concrete actions that improve the lives of vulnerable youth and women in need
