The UEFA Foundation for Children is a charitable foundation established by UEFA to support initiatives that improve the lives of children facing difficult circumstances. Working with partner organisations and drawing on support from UEFA and its sponsors, the foundation backs projects in communities around the world. Its work spans Africa, the Americas, Asia, Europe, Oceania and international programmes.

The foundation’s activities address a broad range of needs, including access to sport, personal development, healthy lifestyles, inclusion of children with disabilities, support for victims of conflict, gender equality, employability, sports infrastructure and environmental protection. It also promotes stronger partnerships and shares resources and good practices to support its work.

Through its projects, the foundation uses football and other initiatives to encourage participation, inclusion and opportunity for children. It invites individuals to make donations, with contributions from private donors, excluding banking and telephone operator fees, allocated directly to its operations or those of its field partners.
