Fondazione Collegio della Guastalla is a historic, nonprofit institution founded in 1569 by Countess Lodovica Torello. Rooted in a tradition of education and social care, it supports young people and individuals facing social, health, psychological or educational difficulties, while safeguarding and promoting its historic, cultural and artistic heritage.
The Foundation develops community-based social projects and provides practical assistance to people and families in need. Its initiatives include support for students’ educational journeys, scholarships and grocery vouchers for families experiencing hardship. It also directs funding and donations toward nonprofit organisations working in assistance, education, training and personal development, with the aim of helping people participate more fully in society and employment.
Alongside its social mission, the Foundation makes Villa Barbò Pallavicini available for events. The historic residence, its centuries-old park and renovated Orangerie offer spaces for corporate gatherings, conferences, meetings, weddings, training and team-building activities. Facilities include rooms of different sizes, a theatre, a private chapel and adaptable outdoor areas.
