Fondazione Oltre

Fondazione Oltre Onlus is a nonprofit foundation based in Carugate, Italy, serving the surrounding Martesana area. It works to support people with disabilities, with particular attention to planning for life after their families can no longer provide care. The foundation brings together institutional supporters, including the parish, social cooperative Il Sorriso, Banca di Credito Cooperativo di Milano and the Municipality of Carugate, alongside private supporters.

Its projects combine residential support, education and opportunities for participation. Residenza L’Alveare is the foundation’s first housing project and includes an educational and care program focused on developing autonomy. Through the InOltre project, the foundation is also developing a bar and restaurant space in collaboration with Cooperativa S. Andrea. Its planned offerings include coffee, takeaway and counter-service food, gourmet aperitifs and evening gatherings, as well as social dinners, events and celebrations. The initiative aims to provide people with disabilities with training and employment opportunities. Fondazione Oltre also engages the community through family support, fundraising, volunteering, membership and public events.
