Fondazione StefyLandia

Fondazione di Partecipazione StefyLandia ETS is a nonprofit organization based in Salò, in the province of Brescia, Italy. Operating since 2013, it works alongside individuals with disabilities, people experiencing vulnerability, older adults, and their families, promoting care and support across the life course. Its approach centers on personalized, participatory life plans that respect each person’s history, choices, and aspirations, including support for families planning for the “During and After Us.”

The Foundation provides monitoring and consultancy for individual life plans, guidance on independent living, and support for cohousing and people living at home or in residential care. It also offers advice on trusts and family trusts as tools for future planning, and organizes social and occupational activities, inclusion projects, training, conferences, and webinars. Its initiatives have included community living projects, employment pathways, cultural and theatrical activities, and opportunities for inclusive leisure.

Working with public bodies, social organizations, foundations, and community networks, StefyLandia aims to build practical, connected support around people and families.
