Fondclub Midden – Limburg

Stichting Fondclub Midden-Limburg is a pigeon-racing organization founded to bring enthusiasts together and support competition in the region. Established around an initiative by Karel Hilkens, the club began in Central Limburg and gradually expanded its participation across the province. Its activities include publishing race results, organizing championship competitions, and hosting an annual celebration and awards ceremony for successful participants. The event traditionally features trophies, refreshments, and a buffet, supported through sponsorship and donations.

The club’s championship program includes the Bony SGR Cup and Bony Omega 3 Cup, supported by long-standing main sponsor Bony Farma, as well as the International Bony Barcelona Cup, introduced in 2015 for Barcelona race enthusiasts. In 2025, the organization also took responsibility for continuing the West European Super Marathon championship, welcoming approximately 140 international participants. Fondclub Midden-Limburg works with sponsors, donors, and volunteers to make these competitions and events possible.
