Socialøkonomisk virksomhed Fonden Kilden

Fonden Kilden is a Danish social enterprise that brings education, employment and practical production together in realistic work settings. It supports young people and adults with special needs in developing professional, social and personal skills through meaningful tasks, clear expectations and collaboration. Its specialist youth education, known as STU, is organised around work-inspired pathways: Green, Creative, Café, Kitchen and Service.

These practical programmes can help participants prepare for internships, employment or further education, with activities adapted to each person’s development and abilities. Kilden also offers clarification programmes for young people aged 18–30, designed to identify future employment goals and possible routes towards them, as well as protected employment. A central part of the organisation is Møllecaféen, its social-economy café at Esrum Kloster and Møllegård.

The café serves thoughtfully prepared food and gives participants the opportunity to learn and work in a lively setting with guests. Through education, work experience and community, Kilden aims to create a supportive place where people can grow, learn and thrive
