FONDIR è il Fondo Paritetico Interprofessionale per la Formazione Continua riconosciuto dal Ministero del Lavoro con decreto del 6 marzo del 2003 che nasce con l'obiettivo di promuovere e finanziare Piani di Formazione Continua, tra le Parti sociali, per i Dirigenti delle imprese del settore del terziario, ai sensi di quanto previsto dall'Articolo 118 della Legge 388/00. Fondir offre l'opportunità di finanziare a costo zero politiche formative che qualificano la presenza sul mercato delle aziende e valorizzano la professionalità dei dirigenti. Il Fondo è stato costituito da Confcommercio, Abi, Ania, Confetra, Manageritalia, FIRST/CISL, Fidia e Sinfub. Il sistema di gestione qualità di FONDIR è conforme alla norma UNI EN ISO 9001:2008, settore EA 35: promozione, valutazione, finanziamento di piani formativi aziendali, territoriali, settoriali ed individuali.

About Fondir
