Joint is a Japanese meal provider offering frozen prepared foods designed to support everyday nutrition and specific dietary needs. Its range includes balanced health meals, calorie- and carbohydrate-conscious meals, protein-restricted meals, lighter options, and senior-friendly soft and mousse meals. The soft meals are made to be easier to chew, while mousse meals offer a texture that can be mashed with the tongue. Menus are planned with nutritional management in mind, and registered dietitians provide guidance and respond to customers’ nutrition-related questions.

Meals are cooked, rapidly frozen, and delivered by refrigerated courier for freezer storage. They can be heated in a microwave, offering a convenient option that reduces meal preparation and cleanup. Customers can choose from different meal sets and customize their selections through a subscription service, with delivery frequencies ranging from weekly to monthly. The service also allows customers to change or cancel subscriptions, subject to the stated notice period.
