Food Addicts is a brand that offers a solution for those struggling with compulsive eating and food addiction. Food Addicts in Recovery Anonymous (FA) provides hope through a long-term solution for food addiction.
To determine if you are a food addict, ask yourself a series of questions honestly. If you have experienced challenges such as difficulty stopping eating, constant thoughts about food or weight, failed attempts at various diets, bingeing followed by purging, secretive eating habits, or concerns from others about your eating habits or weight, you may be a food addict. FA meetings, available in person, online, or over the phone, are a safe space where individuals can find support and guidance for their recovery.
FA treats food addiction as a threefold illness: physical, mental, and spiritual, similar to Alcoholics Anonymous. Join FA and begin your journey to a healthier relationship with food
