FoodByilona

Food By Ilona is a recipe and food website created by Ilona Gundlach, whose passion for cooking and baking grew from experimenting in the kitchen and adapting favourite dishes to suit a keto lifestyle. The site focuses mainly on keto and low-carbohydrate recipes, while also offering sugar-free and lower-calorie ideas. Its collection includes both savoury meals and sweet treats, from pizza, quiche and shakshuka to cakes, waffles, donuts and snacks. Recipes are organised into categories to help visitors explore, and each offers inspiration for making familiar foods in different ways.

Alongside its recipe content, Food By Ilona features a webshop and information about Ilona and her services. Ilona welcomes opportunities to showcase brands or products on the site and offers product testing and recipe development. She also highlights Steviala products, including almond flour and sugar alternatives, which she uses in keto cooking and baking. Food By Ilona combines personal food inspiration with practical recipes and potential collaborations for brands seeking relevant product exposure or recipe-development support.
