Mein Name ist Bijoux,geboren wurde ich in Angola, bis 11 Lebensjahre in Kongo gelebt. Danach in Köln aufgewachsen, atme nun die Berliner Luft. Meine wundervolle Oma hat mir beigebracht, dass die afrikanische Küche mehr kann als “nur” Fufu oder Couscous. Ich möchte diese Botschaft in die Welt verbreiten!
