Food Gusto is an organization based in Ashby-de-la-Zouch, Leicestershire, that aims to promote and support local and regional food and drink producers. Through their Food Gusto Festivals, they offer visitors the opportunity to taste and experience a wide range of handmade products, including locally crafted pies, artisan breads, speciality beers, and locally produced wines. One of the highlights of these festivals is the try before you buy sampling, allowing visitors to discover their favorite flavors and try food from around the world that is being produced locally.

The dedicated Food Gusto team, who are passionate about high-quality food and drink, organize all of their events. Founder Wesley Ewing describes their festivals as a sensory explosion, offering a chance to discover new tastes and purchase the best food and drink available in the region. In addition to their three food festivals in Ashby-de-la-Zouch, Syston, and Tamworth, they also host a popular Christmas Fair.

Exhibitors from the Midlands interested in participating in their events can register their interest through an online form. Food Gusto is committed to curating a diverse range of exhibitors to enhance the variety of produce and entertainment available at each show.
