FoodieClaim is an online rewards program promoting a Sam’s Club gift card offer. The program invites visitors to complete a short series of steps for the opportunity to claim a gift card valued at up to $500. Participants are asked to begin the offer, provide an email address and basic information, and complete four or five sponsored deals before claiming the reward. The site also provides frequently asked questions about the time required, the kinds of tasks involved, and when rewards may be delivered, along with terms, privacy information, and a contact option.

The offer is presented as a mobile-only experience: visitors are directed to scan a QR code or open foodieclaim.com on a phone to continue. FoodieClaim’s main service, as described on the page, is connecting users with sponsored promotional tasks tied to a potential reward. The page does not provide further details about the company, the specific sponsored deals, eligibility requirements, or reward delivery timelines.
