FoodRight is a non-profit organization based in Milwaukee, dedicated to empowering youth and families to make healthy food choices that promote lifelong well-being. Through their innovative programs, FoodRight combines hands-on gardening and plant-based culinary nutrition education to teach kids valuable cooking skills and the importance of nutrition. They believe that everyone deserves access to fresh, whole foods, as well as the knowledge and skills to transform those ingredients into nourishing meals.

Parents have noticed a significant shift in their children's attitudes towards food after participating in FoodRight's programs. Kids who previously refused to try healthy meals are now asking for seconds and expressing interest in cooking at home. This positive impact extends beyond the classroom and influences the entire family's approach to food choices.

FoodRight also organizes community events such as farmers markets and the Green & Health Schools Conference to promote healthy eating habits in the wider community. To support their mission, you can subscribe to their newsletter, volunteer, or make a donation. FoodRight is truly dedicated to creating a healthier future for all
