Food Studio Naples

Food Studio Naples brings personalized culinary experiences to homes and selected venues in Naples, Florida. Founded by personal chef Thomas Scangarello, the service draws on his more than forty years of cooking experience and his work founding the Long Beach Island Foundation of Arts and Sciences Food Studio Culinary Program. Scangarello has also been involved with programs at the James Beard Cooking School, Viking Cooking School, and Sur La Table.

Food Studio offers in-home dinner parties, cooking demonstrations, date-night classes, and hands-on cooking events. Dinner parties feature a menu selected with the client, prepared and served by the team. Demonstrations cover practical skills and dishes, including knife techniques, meat and poultry, sauces, pastas, salads, and fish, as well as food preparation and shopping tips. Date-night sessions invite two participants to learn to make a four-course meal. Hands-on events can be tailored for private or corporate gatherings, including birthdays, anniversaries, and rehearsal dinners, with cooking instruction followed by a seated meal. Services can be customized to suit each client’s needs.
