Football League Simulator (FLSIM) is an online football management and match simulation platform for fans who want to create and run their own competitions. Its custom match engine simulates games using player attributes, positions, tactics, fatigue, and substitutions, offering more depth than a basic one-off fixture. Users can start with Quick Match or build full leagues and cups in the Creation Center.

League tools support custom team counts and divisions, automatically generated fixtures, live standings, form tracking, injuries, suspensions, and archives of completed seasons. Cup formats include straight knockout, groups followed by knockout rounds, and Swiss systems, with options for two-legged ties; users can also create World Cups using national squads. Team and player management includes designing clubs and crests, editing squads, importing datasets, and transferring players during a league.

Competitions can be made public, with shared management available to administrators and team managers. FLS also features public leagues, saved matches, community tools, and a premium subscription
