ODAS is a social enterprise and maatwerkbedrijf based in Bruges, West Flanders, combining industrial quality and logistics expertise with a commitment to inclusive employment. Since 1966, it has partnered with businesses to support local production, improve operational processes and contribute to a sustainable, circular economy. Its team includes people who may face barriers to employment, such as people with disabilities, those returning to work after illness or detention, and people facing language barriers. ODAS provides training and, where possible, support towards lasting employment in the wider workforce.

The organisation serves food and feed, liquid products, industry, hospitality and events. Its services include mixing, filling, carbonating, packaging, labelling and assembly, as well as outsourced production tasks. For hospitality clients, ODAS offers preparation and catering support; for events, it provides venues and event services. Trained employees can also work within client businesses with guidance from a supervisor. With 630 employees and more than 700 customers, ODAS offers flexible, people-focused partnerships tailored to business needs.
