For African Art Gallery is a specialist retailer and collection service shaped by a longstanding passion for African art. After years of collecting and sourcing distinctive works directly from their regions of origin, the business now offers selected pieces from private collections to casual collectors and experienced connoisseurs. Its purpose extends beyond sales: the gallery helps collectors liquidate collections and pass artworks on to people who value and appreciate them, supporting the continuation of collections over time.

The online shop features fine African art and objects organized by form and cultural group. Offerings include masks, sculptures and figures, metalwork, currency objects, containers, stools, musical instruments, jewelry and African art books. Featured items represent numerous communities across the continent, including the Gola, Bamileke, Lega, Bamana, Nyamwezi and Yoruba. The site also provides tribal information, collection news and updates on new additions and auction results through a monthly mailing list. By bringing together carefully selected works, cultural reference material and assistance with collection transitions, For African Art Gallery serves both buyers seeking individual pieces and collectors looking to place treasured objects with new appreciative owners.
