Force Self Defence is a Kent-based martial arts and self-defence organisation founded in May 2009. It offers reality-based training drawing on Krav Maga, Freestyle Unarmed Combat and Ju-jitsu, with classes welcoming adults and children from age eight. The club describes student safety as its priority and provides a two-week free trial for new members.

In-person clubs operate in Burham, Rainham and Kings Hill, with additional locations listed as East Winds and St. Lucia. Membership includes unlimited access to all clubs, with monthly rates shown for adults, juniors and a ladies-only Kings Hill option; memberships have no contract and can be cancelled at any time. Force Self Defence also provides online training, private lessons, ladies’ one-to-one tuition with Chief Instructor Sensei Esqulant, and specialist shock-knife training. The organisation lists corporate self-defence and school programmes among its services. It is an ELCAS-approved learning provider and offers free membership for up to ten Armed Forces veterans.
