AeroForge Flight Training is a Portland, Oregon-area flight school offering personalized instruction at Aurora (KUAO), McMinnville (KMMV), and Hillsboro (KHIO). Its approach centers on one-on-one coaching with a dedicated instructor, providing continuity from a student’s first lesson through checkride preparation. Training takes place in a factory-built RV-12iS equipped with Garmin G3X Touch displays, a GTN 650Xi navigator, and a two-axis autopilot. The aircraft supports instruction from introductory flying through advanced training, including experience with modern avionics.

AeroForge offers pathways for sport and private pilots, instrument and commercial students, and aspiring flight instructors pursuing CFI or CFII qualifications. Additional services include discovery flights, flight reviews (BFRs), instrument proficiency checks (IPCs), and technically advanced aircraft training. Airport options let students choose an environment suited to their location and goals, from towered operations to instrument approaches and busy Class D airspace. Instruction is led by Bogdan Cirlig, whose credentials include CFI, CFII, AGI, IGI, commercial pilot, and instrument-rated qualifications. Flight training is billed by the hour, with ground instruction charged separately.
