Forged Lantern Games (FLG) is an independent board game studio based in Ankara, creating story-led strategy experiences designed to bring people together across cultures, languages and generations. Its featured game, BAZARA, is a strategic Silk Road trading game for two to four players aged 14 and up, with sessions lasting approximately 60 to 120 minutes.
In BAZARA, players guide merchants through eight historic cities, from Istanbul to Delhi, trading goods such as tea, spices, silk, ceramics and jewels. The shifting marketplace responds to every purchase and sale, while players pursue contracts, make investments and adapt to World Events. Route-building, rival decisions and a secret Tactic card add further strategic choices. Success depends on balancing gold with Prestige: wealth matters, but reputation determines who earns a lasting place in history. Designed to work as both a two-player duel and a four-player contest, BAZARA offers changing opportunities and rivalries from game to game.
